Christmas Poem

For those of you that recieved my Christmas card you may have already read this poem but for those of you who I just can't afford to send cards too, here is this year's poem.

T’was the night before Christmas
And through our humble abode
Not a creature was stirring
Not even the two year old

All our stockings were hung
From our mantle of wood
Just waiting for Santa
To fill them up good

With Paityn in her crib
And Austin put to bed
I just couldn’t sleep
So I played Santa instead

I began by wrapping up gifts
I wrapped up the toys
I wrapped up clothes for girls
And a Nerf gun for boys

I wrapped and wrapped
Till I ran out of wrap
Then looked around to find
There was still more crap

Amidst the shear volume
I nearly lost me temper
Until Nathan rescued me
With a cold Dr. Pepper

With our holiday saved
By my caffeine just right
we wish you a Merry Christmas
and of course a good night
Merry Christmas, With love from the Wells Family

You are so clever, great poem! I'm glad you visited my blog, and that I can now visit yours!! I love to read blogs and think it's a great way to stay in touch.
Your kids are adorable and so BIG! I forget that kids grow whether I am around to see it or not. Merry Christmas!!

Ha, ha! Cute!
Hey - so I saw your comment on Katie's blog. I have a confession - I have never had my nails done professionally! My friend and I bought some at the grocery store when we were in 6th grade, and I've never tried to have fake nails since then! I know, it's sad, but true. So, if you need someone to practice on, I'm your girl! :)

That is so funny and cute! I couldn't think of something that cute. I am not the creative type!

Cute, Ambyr! That Dr. Pepper sure does come to the rescue, doesn't it.

Ambyr.. what a good way to stay in touch. Hope all is well with you and the family. Your blog is so cute and I can't believe how fast your kids are growing.
You can take a look at my blog.. but there's not too much on there. I pretty much suck at blogging!
Hope all is well. ~ Steph
