What the Freak just happened???

As most of you know, Nathan and I have been going through the "short sale" process to get the house that we want. Well after 6 1/2 months of waiting and loads of crap from the bank that owned the house we were beginning to see and end. Well Friday after noon we got a call from our Realtor and thinking that this was the call we had been waiting for everyday for 6 months we were excited......however, we got quite a different call. Our Realtor informed us that the bank has completely screwed up and "forgot" to call the legal office to have the Auction of the house stopped. So on Friday instead of being told we had the final paperwork we were told that the bank sold the house out from under us. Can you just say BULL CRAP!!! Needless to say Nathan and I were pissed, upset, sick, you name it I think I felt it!
Now thanks to my wonderful Mother in Law, I began feeling better. She reminded me that When God closes a door he opens a window. Luckily the house was sold at Auction to an investment group. They heard about our ordeal with the bank over the last 6 months and informed the Realtors that they would love to try and come to some agreement over the weekend to sell the house to us. So after a bunch of emotional garbage all weekend long we are officially under contract and will be closing on the house within the next 7 days!!! YEAH! We are finally being done with this whole situation that when it's all said and done will have been 7 MONTHS of my life!!!!!! Yeah for moving on Easter! I can't wait.
