Accepted!

So our conter offer has been accepted!!! Now we move on the getting the appraisal to come in where we need it too, then their financing and finally the closing. As of right now we are needing to be out by the 28th of October. I will still bring Austin back here to trick-or-treat this year because I know he'll want to since this is the only place that he's ever known. We did put an offer in on a house in Herriman today but with such a long weekend it looks like we won't get any word on it until Tuesday or even Wednesday! I'm not sure that my nerves will last that long but we'll see. Thanks for all of the kind words from friends and neighbors. We will miss all of you but just like Carrie says, Thanks to Facebook and Blogging, I can keep in touch with you and take "some of the sting" out of leaving.
