It's working.

My diet and exercise plan are working so far!!! Yeah for me! So I've only lost 4 lbs. in the last week and a half but hey I'll talk it. My goal is to lose 40lbs so I'm still a long way off but headed in the right direction. Coaching a girls basketball team is a bonus to my exercise program, I'm totally excited to see how long this will all take me.

That's awesome. It's healthy to lose like 1-2 lbs a week! What work out plan are you doing. After I had Katelyn I did Turbo Jam everyday and lost as much as you are wanting to lose. If you like doing that kind of work out it seriously works. It's at beachbody dot com, the next work out I am going to get is ChaLean Extreme, it is also on that website. It's the same lady who does Turbo Jam. You should check it out if that's the type of work out that you like. Everybody is different. Good Luck, you can totally do it.
