Lake Powell was totally awesome as usual. We did a lot of fishing and playing on the beach. The water was a bit colder than my body can take so we didn't do much swimming this trip but hey, there's always next year! Since the water was a little cold, the kids didn't really want to play in it much either so me make our own little lake with warmer water. Lake Austin was constructed me and my shoveling skills. The water was warmer and the kids loved playing in it all day long. I think that we had to refill it about 3 or 4 times while we were there but it was totally worth it.
